PENTAX Photo Gallery: Artist Bio

Mark Appelboom

Nieuwegein, Utrecht - Netherlands

Since 1993 I own a SLR camera, and used it mainly to show my family and friends what interesting places of the world I went as a geography student. After a period of mainly holiday and family pictures I changed to digital in 2007, and got involved in photography as a hobby again. I love to catch the beauty of light and forms of a landscape, or to show the beauty of people as they are. Often you can find unusual perspectives, reflections and silhouettes in my pictures.
