I was born i 1949. I graduated as an architect (planner) in 1978. I use photograpy in my work as well as in my own time. I got my first camera at the age of 10 and have been using SLR cameras since 1973. During a visit to Paris 1976 I borrowed a 35mm Pentax M42 (Super Takumar) lens. I discovered that this was an excellent and very sharp lens. In 1981 I bought my first Pentax - an MX. Since then I have owned many great Pentax cameras, like Super A, PZ-1, Pentax *ist D, K10D. I still use a PZ-1p, MZ-S, *ist D and a K10D. I photograph every day and I especially enjoy doing panoramas, landscapes and portraits. I believe capturing the moment - being at the right place at the right time (and bringing the right equipment) - is what photography is all about.
