I've been dabbling on and off in photography since I graduated from high school. It wasn't until I took a couple of photography courses through the local Community Education program in the Fall of 2007 that I really started to get serious about it, buying my first DSLR, a used *istDS. My favorite types of photography include nature, landscape, macro, travel, and abstract.
