Bong Manayon
Quezon City, Metro Manila - Philippines
Born in 1960, Bong learned to shoot with an SLR at the age of seven and has been taking photos ever since. He started using a Pentax Spotmatic in 1976 and subsequently grew into the K-Mount. He has degrees in Psychology and Theology and has taught in a Protestant seminary until his recent sabbatical to pick up photography once again and now teaches photography in a local college. He has written books and dabbles in web design. His area of interest as a photographer is varied, changing over the years. Bong is also a member of PDML and help start Pinoy Pentaxians (Filipino Pentaxians). http://www.bong.uni.cc
