Jose Vergara

I am a photographer since early age, when I got a job developing B&W photos at my friend's studio. My first good camera was a Pentax K1000, which I used through my college years. After graduation from engineering and business schools, I purchased an Asahi Pentax ME Super, which was stolen right after marriage and before the kids. I took a long break from SLR and went into camcorders and point-and-shoot. Once the kids were gone, I came back to my original passion Photography with Pentax. I now own two Pentax Kx, a wonderful camera. I photograph almost everything I can. Although I paid my way to college working on photography helping professionals, I consider myself an afficionado (person who loves what he does). I stayed with Pentax for the wide range of lenses and the quality of their cameras and gear in general. Besides, they are the best!
